Og m\u00e5ske er det ikke helt forkert. Ulfborg Klinik for Fysioterapi har i hvert fald rigtig gode erfaringer tr\u00e6ning af pilates-hold.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d8velserne fokuserer blandt andet p\u00e5 udsp\u00e6nding og stabilitet, og vi har set rigtig gode resultater hos patienter, som lider af hovedpine eller l\u00e6ndesmerter. Nogle fort\u00e6ller, at de nu igen kan arbejde i haven eller l\u00f8fte b\u00f8rnene op uden at f\u00e5 ondt. Og en af patienterne fortalte endda, at hun ikke l\u00e6ngere f\u00f8lte behov for behandling p\u00e5 briksen, n\u00e5r hun blot gjorde de forebyggende \u00f8velser.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ulfborg-fysio.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/pilates_web.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright wp-image-317\" src=\"http:\/\/ulfborg-fysio.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/pilates_web-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"pilates_web\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ulfborg-fysio.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/pilates_web-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ulfborg-fysio.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/pilates_web-135x100.jpg 135w, https:\/\/ulfborg-fysio.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/pilates_web.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/a>Tr\u00e6ningen byder bl.a. p\u00e5 nogle effektive b\u00e6kkenbunds\u00f8velser, som is\u00e6r m\u00f8dre s\u00e6tter pris p\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>Nogle kvinder kan f\u00e5 problemer med inkontinens efter en f\u00f8dsel, men desv\u00e6rre findes der ikke noget egentlig tilbud om efterf\u00f8dselstr\u00e6ning i Ulfborg. Til geng\u00e6ld har vi set gode resultater fra fysio-pilatesholdene, hvor en deltager blandt andet betroede os, at hun nu kan grine h\u00f8jt og l\u00e6nge uden at tisse i bukserne.<\/p>\n<p>Pilates er et n\u00e6sten 100 \u00e5r gammelt tr\u00e6ningsprincip baseret p\u00e5 sk\u00e5nsomme, men alligevel effektive \u00f8velser. Der arbejdes koncentreret med vejrtr\u00e6kning og de store muskelgrupper, som stabiliserer overkroppen: Ryg, mave, bryst, skuldre og nakke. Mange af \u00f8velserne foreg\u00e5r liggende eller siddende p\u00e5 en bl\u00f8d m\u00e5tte, og der er ingen tunge eller indviklede rekvisitter med i tr\u00e6ningen.<\/p>\n<p>Oprindeligt blev pilates udviklet n\u00e6rmest som en krops-filosofi, men hos fysioterapeuten er der hverken duftelys eller meditationsmusik. Pilates er blot en af metoderne i &#8216;v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jskassen&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Vi har taget det bedste fra pilates og tilf\u00f8rt vores faglige viden og erfaring fra behandlingen.
